The hotel offers spacious rooms with a nice covered veranda for enjoying the view. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially in resolving any issues. The location, while meeting our needs, is away from the touristy areas. The dining experience, though personalized, could have more variety. The facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel rooms are bigger than described, very spacious, and comfortable, with everything I could need at a great price. However, they were a little dated, especially the kitchen areas, and the bathroom was very small. Overall, they were very clean.
The hotel offers a spacious and comfortable stay with a fantastic pool and breathtaking views, serving tasty snacks and the best chocolate milkshakes. However, the location requires a car to reach the center of Chania, and the dining experience could be improved.
